- Upon registering for our program(s), you are purchasing a class spot for one month. There will be *NO REFUNDS* for registration fees, monthly class tuition, testing fees, tournament fees, and any other service related fees.
No refunds or exchanges are accepted for products such as videos or used or worn merchandise. Exchanges will be made for shipping errors by EYS (i.e. wrong size or wrong product shipped). All merchandise must be returned within 10 days of your order's delivery date.

· We will fully refund you for any unopened item for any reason (shipping not included) within 5 days of your order's delivery date.
· All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To return a package, include a copy of/original packing slip that was sent with the order. If the packing slip is not available, please include a personal letter with your exchange information.
Please make sure the box is securely wrapped and be sure your package is insured and prepaid.Southernelitesports.com will not pay the shipping charges on returned items. We will make every effort to speed delivery of your exchange. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks to process your request.
